Payment Flow and Delivery Policy

Payment is 100% in advance.

  • Most products are stocked in which case allow two to five working days
  • Some products are made to order with varying lead times

We use a mixture of internal transport, couriers, freight forwarders & manufactures transport.

Additional charges may apply for ‘special’ deliveries, i.e. timed deliveries, express deliveries or deliveries to some outlying areas. Please ask if in doubt.

All items must be checked and signed for on delivery or collection by a responsible person. Very occasionally an item may be damaged on delivery, that’s why it is essential to open all appliances and check for damage before signing the delivery note. Even if the packaging does not appear to be damaged in any way it is worth checking as goods can be damaged before they leave the factory. It will also avoid opening the packet on the day of installation to find the item damaged and not be able to install it. This can also be costly, as you may have booked an installer or engineer. Please note that any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, we will not accept any claims made after this time. (This does not affect your statutory rights).

Damage

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect the equipment at the time of taking delivery. Should equipment arrive damaged the delivery note should be endorsed accordingly and the Seller notified in writing within 24 hours. Claims for damage will not be entertained on a clean signature or if signed unexamined.
