Controlling air dampers with cross sections of up to 0.8M², the Belimo LF rotary actuator fail-safe with 4Nm actuating torque is suitable for ventilation and air conditioning systems and for dampers performing protection protocols, such as freezing and smoke detection. This actuator moves the damper to the operating position while tensioning the return spring. The damper is turned back to the fail-safe position by spring force when supply voltage is interrupted.
