The Sterling Pro SP40BC Blast Chiller is the best machine for chilling and freezing hot food quickly. Capable of chilling or freezing food from 100°C, it enables the safe storage of freshly cooked food for serving at a later date. This 10-grid version can chill 40kg or freeze 28kg of hot food per cycle. It is manufactured from the highest quality AISI304 stainless steel meaning it is extremely robust and easy to keep hygienically clean. The interior shelf supports accept the GN1/1 or 600×400 shelves.
